- Interpret behaviors for recognition & evaluation
- Acquire better communication skills
- Discuss safe scene management & sensory influence
- Analyze Effective de-escalation techniques
- Assess agency Search & Rescue Protocols
- Introduction to resources available to assist first responders beyond this training
When: Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. OR from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
