NCCDD shares information with the public and leaders to help create policies that include people with intellectual or other developmental disabilities (I/DD) in all parts of community life. Guided by its public policy priorities, the Council shares updates through a blog and monthly policy education meetings. NCCDD does not lobby for specific laws.
