NCCDD Announces RFA for Summer Mini-Grants

NOTICE: The applications for the Summer Mini-Grants are now closed.

It appears that there was an incorrect link to an old RFA application that was used by one or more applicant. The incorrect link led to a COVID-19 Registry of Unmet Needs Relief Grant Form rather than the Summer Mini-Grants RFA.  If you submitted an application, please review your submission to ensure it adheres to the following RFA Form on NCCDD - SummerGrants – RFA LINK and not an RFA relating to COVID-19 Relief Funds. If you wish to make edits and resubmit, that is allowed until 5PM on 6/1/2022.

Q&A Document (Updated on 5/31/22) – See LINK BELOW
