Abilities Tennis Clinic in Gastonia

Description

This event is organized by the Abilities Tennis Association of North Carolina (ATANC)

Join us at Dallas Park for a fun-filled opportunity to hone your tennis skills or learn tennis for the first time. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned player, these clinics are designed for athletes with intellectual disabilities at all levels of play.

Abilities Tennis Association of NC (ATANC) is thrilled to partner with United Tennis Organization and Special Olympics of Gaston County to provide free, friendly tennis clinics for those with intellectual disabilities ages 8 and up.

Our experienced instructors will guide you through various drills and exercises designed to improve your skills and boost your confidence on the court. With a focus on inclusivity, we create a supportive and encouraging environment for all participants.

Make new friends, enjoy some friendly competition, and have a blast while sharpening your tennis game. Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to enhance your abilities and become a better player!

Please come dressed athletic attire and wear tennis shoes. Also, bring a water bottle and a tennis racquet if you have one. If you don't have a racquet, one will be provided.

To stay up to date on all the tennis opportunities available throughout the state, sign up today to receive the Abilities Tennis monthly newsletter at www.atanc.org.

Coach Belen Gomez-Jordana will be leading the group. She can be reached at [email protected].

Where: 1303 Dallas Cherryville Hwy, Dallas, NC 28034
