NCCDD is celebrating DD Awareness Month all March long! For the past one year, North Carolinians have been resilient, kind and positive as we have all faced a lot through the pandemic.

So this DD Awareness month, we want to hear YOUR story! Did you take up a new hobby? Learned something new? Was there someone or many people who supported you or your community and went above and beyond? Recognize them! Tell us how you are doing and let's celebrate each other this DD Awareness Month! 

Complete the short survey below and send NCCDD a short video (from your phone is fine!) or a photo, and you maybe featured on our website and social media channels.  Please complete the NC DHHS release form to consider your submission of this form and any media complete.
