Path to Progress: Member Needs and Expectations

Description

Path to Progress: Member Needs and Expectations

Following our initial exploration of current challenges and experiences, Session 2 focuses on understanding the needs and expectations of our advocacy network members. This session is dedicated to identifying the specific needs of advocates within the intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) community in North Carolina.

During "Path to Progress: Member Needs and Expectations," we will:
  • Engage in in-depth discussions to gather insights into what members require to enhance their advocacy efforts.
  • Conduct surveys and polls to prioritize these needs and shape the network’s support strategies.
  • Share personal stories and experiences to highlight the diversity of needs within our community.
Your input is crucial as we work together to build a supportive and responsive Advocacy Leadership Network. This session will lay the groundwork for developing resources and tools tailored to meet our members' needs.
