Requesting to provide Public Comment: NCCDD provides a time for Public Comment on the last day of each public meeting at 10:00 a.m. This usually occurs on the Friday morning of each quarterly meeting. You can request to attend to make public comment by emailing Philip Woodward at [email protected] at least 24 hours prior.
