Discovery Place Kids-Huntersville

Description

105 Gilead Road, Huntersville

Science and hands-on learning should be enjoyable and accessible for everyone.  We've crafted these low-sensory hours for children with sensory sensitivities and special needs to enjoy the Museum's hands-on exhibit spaces and explore in a calmer, quieter environment. We invite all children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), Sensory Processing Disorders and vision or hearing impairments and their caregivers to interact with our experiences. https://kids.discoveryplace.org/huntersville/explore/events/low-sensory-hours
