I.  Approval of Minutes:
•   The draft minutes of the March 16, 2015 Executive Committee meeting will be discussed and considered for approval.  Please find this document attached.
 
II. Financial Update:
•   Yadira Vasquez will review with you the financial reports for the NCCDD.  Please find the financial reports attached.

III. Conference Funding Requests
•    Alliance of Disability Advocates - North Carolina Youth Leadership Forum being held July 14-18, 2015 at North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC.  The request is to fund three speakers for up to $3,000.  Please find this document attached.

•    Down Syndrome Association of Charlotte - Bodies, Boundaries, and Sexuality: Understanding Sexuality and People with Intellectual Disabilities Symposium/Workshops being held May 1-2, 2015 at UNC Charlotte McKnight Hall, Charlotte, NC.  The request is to fund one speaker for up to $3,000. Please find this document attached.

IV. Discuss approval of a no-cost extension for the In-House Jean Wolff Rossi Participant Involvement Fund

V.  Discuss effort to expand the state SELN team (Please note that SELN team is only available 10:30am-11:00am)
