Anyone utilizing Innovations Supported Living Levels 2 or 3, their providers, or families are invited to participate in the quarterly meetings regarding Innovations Supported Living Levels 2 and 3, hosted by UNC Cares. The focus of this meeting will be a review of the 2025 Supported Living Levels 2 & 3 Action Team priorities, an update on the How-To Guidebook, and a data review.
