NCCDD 5-Year State Plan Development Ad Hoc Committee Meeting (AHC) with NC Executive Committee (EC)
PRIMARY TOPIC: Tentative Draft FFY 2017 – 2021 Goals and Objectives Development

Call to Order

Ad Hoc Committee Vice Chair, Nessie Siler, called the meeting to order.

Introductions/Overview/Purpose of Meeting

Chris Egan, NCCDD provided an overview of goals and objectives draft development activities to date and introduced goals/objectives foundation started by the NCCDD EC with support from NCCDD Staff and Sheryl Matney on 09/20 -21/2015 in Winston-Salem.  Sheryl Matney provided comments about the construct of tentative draft goals and objectives.  Chairman Ron Reeve offered perspective about how NCCDD differs from other state entities, and asked participants to think ‘high expectation’/ what we want to achieve.
