Our theme this year, Critical Connections: People-Data-Care stems from the truth that as we move further along with integrated care, connections will be critical to success. This shift requires a true focus on people, with an essential need for data sharing that facilitates care integration. This theme will be woven throughout the sessions which will be led by national and state experts offering insightful information, updates and policy details designed to inform and guide leaders and stakeholder through these challenging times.
